The Overnight Food Truck Market is located in the heart of Fishtown's entertainment district.  Journey from Allen St into a private park space just steps away from entertainment staples like The Fillmore, Rivers Casino, The Punchline, Other Half Brewing and more.  

The Overnight Food Truck Market will operate seasonally through the end of October on Thursdays-Sundays from 8PM-4AM.

FAQ


Q: Can I register for only one evening? 

A: At this time we are only accepting registrations for full weekends and not individual evenings.  


Q: Are there electric hook ups? 

A: All food trucks must supply their own electricity. 


Q: What amenities are available at the market for customers? 

A: Our market will have plenty of seating and tables for patrons, overhead lighting, a premium bathroom trailer, and cleaning and security staff onsite during all operating hours.  


Q: What permitting do I need?

A: Eligible food trucks for the Overnight Food Truck Market are required to have: 

-Approved Mobile Food Business Plan review from the Department of Health 

-Obtain general liability insurance for the festival and submit a copy of insurance listing Fishtown District as additional insured ahead of their scheduled weekend.

-Be located in Philadelphia.

-Have a food license and a vendor motor vehicle license 

-Have all required federal, state, and local licenses and permits to legally operate.

-Be in compliance with all local, state, and federal taxes (or on an approved payment plan or in the process of getting on an approved payment plan).

-Registration priority will be given to minority-owned food trucks as well as licensed trucks that may have been displaced from the area in and around Frankford & Girard Ave.

Register

Final Confirmation of your registration will be sent at least one week prior to your selected dates.  If your selected date is full, we will suggest alternative options to fit your schedule.

Vendors must abide by the event Term and Conditions to participate. Non-compliant vendors run the risk of being banned from any future events produced by the Fishtown District.

The Overnight Marketplace is rain or shine, and vendor registration fees will not be refunded in the case of inclement weather.

Vendors must abide by all local, state and federal regulations related to COVID-19.

Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own business licenses from the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections and Operating Eligibility Certificates from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health.

Vendors must obtain general liability insurance and submit a copy of insurance listing the Fishtown District as cross insured ahead of their selected weekend.

Vendors are responsible for supplying all tents, tent weights, tables, chairs, electricity, tablets, WiFi, cash boxes, etc.

Vendors must be on time for their load-in window for set-up.
Close to the opening of the Market, the street will be completely closed off to traffic, and late vendors will not be able to enter the footprint from Laurel St.

Vendors must be careful and courteous when entering and exiting the market area.

Vendors must stay the entire duration of the market evening. Trucks will not be able to safely exit the area until the market closes at 4AM.

Vendors must clean their spots of any trash or debris before leaving the market.
